Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules govern the Sandland Sleep Oura Ring Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sandland Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, as well as immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT on November 17, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on December 3, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during this period.
All times are Pacific Time.

4. How to Enter

A. Subscription Entry (Optional Method)

During the Sweepstakes Period, sign up for any active Sandland Sleep product subscription at sandlandsleep.com. Subscribing during the Sweepstakes Period grants one (1) entry per household.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase or subscription, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 3, 2025 and received by December 7, 2025.

Duplicate entries, entries exceeding the household limit, or entries submitted by automated means will be void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Oura Ring 4 in Silver or Black (winner’s choice)
One (1) year protection plan warranty
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $349 USD

Winner may choose the ring size.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Sponsor if necessary due to availability.

Oura Health is not a sponsor of, or affiliated with, this Sweepstakes.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 7 days following the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 5 business days after the drawing.

The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within 7 days. Failure to respond or return required documents in time may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor may then select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any event beyond Sponsor’s control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

late, lost, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail
technical malfunctions
unauthorized human intervention
errors in advertising or Sweepstakes materials
injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use

If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for any performance issues, defects, or service-related matters associated with the Oura Ring or its app.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at sandlandsleep.com.
Information may be used for Sweepstakes administration and marketing communications.

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.
